What We Collect
When you use HiAegis, we collect the following information:
- Account Information: Email address, display name
- OAuth Profile: Profile data from Google or GitHub (used for authentication)
- Messaging Platform IDs: Telegram ID and other platform identifiers
- Conversation Data: Messages you send to your AI assistant
- Usage Metrics: How you use HiAegis (feature usage, message count, etc.)
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and maintain the HiAegis service
- Enable multi-channel access to your AI assistant
- Maintain your conversation history and memory
- Improve service quality and performance
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests
- Analyze usage patterns and service analytics (anonymized)
- Detect and prevent abuse or violations of our terms
We do not use your conversations to train our models or for any purpose beyond providing the service.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers located in the United States and Canada. We employ:
- Encryption in Transit: All data is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols
- Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data is encrypted using AES-256
- Access Controls: Strict role-based access to production systems
- Regular Audits: Security reviews and penetration testing
Third Parties
We work with the following third parties:
- Supabase: Authentication and database infrastructure
- Cloudflare: Content delivery network (CDN) and DDoS protection
- Telegram: Messaging platform integration
- LLM Providers: Third-party language models (BYOK — Bring Your Own Key)
We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is only shared as necessary to provide the service.
Per-Tenant Isolation
HiAegis provides per-user container isolation. Each user gets their own isolated instance of the AI assistant with:
- No shared context with other users
- No data leakage between accounts
- Isolated execution environment
- Encrypted storage specific to your account
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:
- Your personal information is deleted immediately
- Your conversation history is deleted within 30 days
- Backups are purged within 90 days
- Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Export: Download your conversation history and account data
- Delete: Request deletion of your account and data
- Correct: Update inaccurate or incomplete information

Cookies and Tracking
HiAegis uses only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that collect personal data. No third-party cookies are set without your consent.
Children Under 13
HiAegis is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
